Order Processing

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched. We do not dispatch parcels on weekends or public holidays. Please note: During peak times (promotions, sales etc.) it may take up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched.

We do not accept cancellations once your order has been dispatched.

Order Editing

While we will make our best efforts to accommodate changes to your order (e.g. updating products or sizes, postal details etc.), we are unable to make changes once your order has been processed and/or shipped.

If you have made an error, please contact our customer service team ASAP and we will advise if changes are possible.

Marquise will not be held responsible for loss or damage caused due to incorrect or incomplete postal details. Please ensure all details are correct when placing your order.

Unavailable Merchandise

Whilst every effort is made to ensure stock accuracy, please note that some styles, sizes or colours may not be available. We will contact you to arrange alternatives in this instance.

Delivery Charges

Australia
  • We offer free shipping for orders $60 and above
  • Flat rate of $9.95 for orders up to $59.99


New Zealand
  • Flat rate of $20 for all orders.
  • Excludes customs duties/tax fee

We cannot mark international orders as a gift or lower the value in an attempt to bypass or reduce any customs fees. Any duties, tax or other fees applied by customs is payable by the receiver.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, the following delivery estimates apply:

Australia
We deliver throughout Australia via Australia Post and Couriers Please.
  • Delivery within Victoria: 2-4 business days
  • Interstate: 3-7 business days*

*Shipping to WA and regional locations may take longer.

New Zealand
We deliver throughout New Zealand via Australia Post.
  • 10-15 business days*

Please note, international orders cannot be delivered to a P.O. box.

*Occasionally customs may also delay delivery by a few days.

Whilst we want your merchandise to reach you as quickly as possible, all dates specified are estimates only and we cannot be held liable for loss or damage resulting from late or delayed deliveries. Refunds or cancellations will not be allowed if the shipment arrival times exceed the estimated times mentioned at the time of purchase.

If your order has not been delivered within the specified timeframe, please contact our customer service team at info@marquise.com.au and we can assist.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

If you are not available to accept your parcel at the time of delivery, it will be taken to your closest post office or parcel collection point. Marquise is not responsible for organising re-delivery if your parcel is taken to the post office for collection.

You may choose Authority to Leave during checkout if you wish to have your parcel left in a safe place at your premises. Please note, Marquise will not be held responsible for missing parcels if you choose Authority to Leave.

Click and Collect

We offer a Click and Collect service from our Melbourne based head office. We endeavour to have click and collect orders available for pick up within 24 hours of receiving your order*. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for collection.

You may collect your order during our office hours from:

Monday-Friday 9-5pm (excluding public holidays)


Please bring your ‘order confirmation’ or ‘ready for pickup’ email with you.

*Subject to stock availability – we will contact you if small delays are expected.

This policy applies to merchandise purchased from Clever Clothing Enterprise Pty Ltd (ABN 78 430 244 748) via our online store www.marquise.com.au

Pursuant to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), our returns policy is as set out below.

Returns Policy

You are welcome to exchange for another product or store credit within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be unused (i.e. not worn or washed) and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging (including tags). Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for ‘change of mind’.

Underwear: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for underwear (unless deemed faulty). Please refer to our size chart for accurate measurements.
Nappies: We do not accept returns or exchanges for nappies (unless deemed faulty). Please consider gifting to a loved one, or donating to The Nappy Collective.

Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Marquise will cover the cost to ship the exchanged product(s) back to you.

Please note, we do not accept exchanges of Marquise products purchased at other retailers

Faulty Items

If you find your item is faulty, we are happy to offer a suitable replacement for you. Please contact our customer service team via email and include clear pictures of the faulty item, and we will assist you with the returns process – info@marquise.com.au
